We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with prospective clients across key industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a hunter mindset, and the ambition to launch or accelerate a sales career in a high-growth international company.

Key Responsibilities:  
Prospect and research potential clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, Government, Legal, and Energy sectors

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new qualified leads in collaboration with Marketing
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls/meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and log all activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to align on target accounts and strategies
  • Track outreach KPIs (emails, calls, booked meetings) and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas
  • Represent Reviver Global professionally and effectively as the first point of contact with prospects
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and market trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles (B2B experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong asset
  • A strong desire to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Leadership role
