HR Business Partner
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and strengthen our HR function across the company. The role focuses on recruitment, policy creation, KPI development, performance management, and building scalable HR systems that support a fast-growing, multi-country organization.
You will work closely with leadership and department heads to create structure, clarity, and consistency across the entire company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and roles.
Build, update, and finalize all HR policies and the company Employee Handbook.
Develop KPIs for each role and build tracking dashboards/reporting systems.
Manage performance review cycles and coach managers on performance standards.
Maintain employee and contractor documentation and internal HR records.
Design onboarding and offboarding frameworks that support a remote workforce.
Support learning & development planning and skills mapping.
Implement HR systems, processes, and data-driven reporting tools.
Drive culture initiatives, engagement activities, and cross-department alignment.
Partner with leadership to ensure company-wide HR consistency and structure.
Requirements
Must-Have
5–8 years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles.
Strong recruitment experience and ability to manage multiple pipelines.
Proven track record in creating HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks.
Experience developing and tracking KPIs across different functions.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build systems from scratch.
Comfortable working remotely with multicultural teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in service-based organizations.
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms and KPI dashboards.
Experience supporting cross-country teams.
